Mama Susie was originaly brought to our attention in August 2019. She was a stray in a rural area who had had puppies and her caregivers were concerned for their safety. We rescued Susie and her 1st litter, but after the babies were weaned Susie outsmarted her caregivers and escaped her enclosure. Thankfully Mama Susie continued to come around and allow her caregivers to feed her. It took about 5 months but thankfully they were able to catch her so she could have this LAST litter in safety. Mama Susie had her 9 (6 boys, 3 girls) babies on March 13, 2020 in the home of a SouthBARK foster family. As they grow and show their personalities, we will post their individual pics here. We are so excited to share them with you. In the mean time, please consider donating to their care by either ordering supplies from our Amazon Wishlist, donating funds to their care via PayPal or calling in a payment to our veterinarian.
